The silicon-gel pad and heat-preserving sponge pad are high quality. They distribute pressure evenly through the garment. I didn't observe any chilly places throughout screening. The pressure adjustment knob is responsive and retains its setting for the duration of use. The frame is metal and feels secure. Throughout our screening, we pressed mo
